The second one is stunning. Reminds me of the woods behind my Uncle Jack's cottage in Ireland.

Talented fecker.

Are these taken in Maine?

Yes, they're all in Maine. The bridge and bench were taken at the Audobon sanctuary and the rest were taken on Mackworth Island.

They were taken with a 4x5 view camera. I placed a plastic bag over the lens to give them a fuzzy, almost pinhole camera effect.

Crikey! What an effect.

I think in future everyone should look at me with plastic bag over their head.

Love ya!

I don't think so.

"For some reason the third one struck me."

Ahhh . . .

Could it be the Christian imagery?

I love the bench, too. It just looks like its waiting for someone to come along, have a seat and enjoy the moment.
